Account Assessment Process
Each assessment typically takes 3 to 4 consulting days and encompasses the following activity:

Assessment of current Account Plans
Account reviews with Account Team/Management, ‘Sponsor Exec’ and ‘Delivery Exec’
Meeting with a senior figure (Exec or key decision maker) in the customer
Planning Workshop (based on findings and mis-matches)
Present Account Effectiveness Plan (AEP) and assess an implementation approach
(Optional add-ons) Coach account teams / Write revised account plan / etc.
