of the courses we create.
CONTENT
In determining the course content we use our
highly successful “content-palette”
approach to build company and need-specific
training courses and programmes.
The
content palette, shown below, enables clients
to pick and choose from a palette of 3 core
sales subject areas (divided into 17 specific
content areas) to establish appropriate course
content. We then build the course to meet the
specified levels of seniority of delegates and
their job roles.
This palette approach has the twin advantages
of reduced costs of course design and reduced
time in completing the course. We aim to have
a course prepared, discussed and finalised within
2 weeks of the needs analysis meeting.
DURATION
We are completely flexible with regard to course
duration and the content-patllette approach
enables this. We have designed courses for less
than 1 day through to 10 days 9split over two
5 days sessions). The course duration is chiefly
impacted by two factors; availability of targeted
people and secondly the desired profile of the
course (see following section).
PROFILE
The course profile refers to the mix of theory,
inter-action, role plays, exercises, on/off
course activity and e-learning or other use
of training tool-kits.
We work closely with clients to help determine
the appropriate Profile of the course - which
relates directly to the needs analysis, duration
available and training budget.
Also included
in Profiling is the level of client customization
(industry terms, use of in house sales, accounting,
bidding or project processes ) which needs to
be incorporated into the content.
